If you have ever played the classic game Elasto Mania, which was very popular many years ago, then you will be happy to know that you can also download a free, open-source clone called X-Moto. We have tested version 0.5.10 on a Mac running OS X Mavericks. It is available for multiple operating systems on the developer’s website.

X-Moto, which combines elements from racing, platform and puzzle games, is almost identical to the original Elasto Mania. Your goal is to steer your bike through the different tracks while collecting berries and flowers. It is incredibly hard to master, since physics is a big part of the game.

Overall, X-Moto is a fine clone of a fantastic game, but we still encourage our users to take a look at the original Elasto Mania as well.
